Chris Barnard
I’m a culture-obsessed Creative Director and writer based in Austin and working everywhere. Past jobs include Creative Director roles at McGarrah-Jessee and Exopolis as well as an epic stint manning the projection booth at Austin’s historic Dobie Theater.
Over a two-decade career I’ve worked with brave and talented people to build world-class brands, lead best-in-class teams and create kick-ass work. Along the way, I’ve been lucky enough to have my work recognized by The One Show, Communication Arts, The Webbys, The OBIEs and The National Advertising Association.
Outside of agency life, my favorite pastimes include gasping for breath on one of Austin’s many running trails, begrudgingly reviewing contemporary pop songs and forcing my daughters to reenact my favorite hip-hop album covers.
